You can't beat the fresh air, hills, scenery, the only reason this doesn't get four stars is the aforementioned cold rain.
Also, I got hit by an unfriendly/unaware driver, two separate times... so be aware.

I have not swam here in the summertime, but i've heard it's awesome, and wold probably boost this rating greatly.
However, the quality of the pools i've tried that are accessible to the general public are somewhat better than average, but nothing special.

Redmond, Washington is said to be the cycling capital of the Northwest, and for good reason. Many of the high ratings stem from the challenging terrain and availability to cycling routes and areas.
Did I mention the fresh air, scenery? Oh, yeah, guess I did.

If you want outdoor sports, you have 'em all here. The only damper <sic> is the rain.

The Pro Club is great... if you can afford it. But even the YMCA here is decent, with a great Yoga program. Gyms are readily available and well equipped.
You can get a day pass at Pro Club, 24-Hour Fitness, and the YMCA, listed in the order of most expensive to least.
